Copies of the following documents are available for inspection during normal business hours (Saturdays and public holidays excepted) at Suites 1602-05, Chater House, 8 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong from the date of the Company’s circular dated 23 December 2008 (the “Circular”) up to and including the date which is 14 days from the date of the Circular and at the special general meeting of the Company to be held on 13 January 2009 and are displayed on the website of the Company at http://www.brillianceauto.com and on the website of the Securities and Futures Commission at www.sfc.hk.
